Vacancy - Quality Control Inspector

We have a vacancy available for a Quality Control Inspector, this position fully integrates an individual into the engineering culture by performing specific assignments.

Requirements of the position: - Learn and use quality tools and analysis methods to support Quality Department’s operations. - Support the business in warranty claim process including contact with customers and suppliers, checking, testing and analyzing products. - Investigate product and process quality related issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions. - Inspect parts comparing to drawings and samples. - Gather and analyze data, prepare reports. - Support company’s quality system ISO9001:2015, maintain quality manual and other documents. - Input and maintain information in company’s databases and systems. - Flexibility at work, quickly adapt to new circumstances.

Technical Skills & Knowledge: - Knowledge of agricultural industry - a general understanding of the principles and uses the knowledge with assistance. - Degree in an Agricultural Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - Technical degree or apprenticeship (1-2 years or equivalent) - Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge. - Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.

Qualifications Technical skills, formal education, and relevant work experience critical for successful individual performance of essential functions.

This dual language role (Spanish and English) reports into the Aftermarket Portfolio Integration Manager, within the busy Export Sales Department and has the following duties and responsibilities: * Providing first class support to Customers, through customer service, customer order processing and account management. * Primary contact for resolving any concerns and issues raised. * Providing translations and language support. * Distributes additional product/service information that is helpful to the customers. * Maintains the accuracy and availability of customer related information online. * Liaises with other functional groups, such as Engineering or Order Fulfillment, to respond to general inquiries. * Assists in sales or support programs by outbound calls, including follow up with field staff.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • High level of competency in both written and spoken Spanish.
  • Experience in customer support and can demonstrate understanding of customer business

requirements. * First class communication skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve issues with guidance. * Good IT, Microsoft Office package and administrative skills. * Relevant degree, similar qualification, or business experience.

  • Experience of using HRIS / systems such as Success Factors would be desirable.
