VACANCY - Customer Support Representative, Exeter

Fixed Term Contract (16 months), Monday to Friday, 39hrs per week The core hours for this role are 8.30am to 5.15pm, however flexibility is required to cover the department from 8:00am or up to 18:00pm on a Rota basis. Preferred start date 5th June 2023 (flexible).

This role sits within our friendly and committed Customer Service Team who provide customer service and support to our existing customer base, including long standing customers to ensure they receive a personal and exceptional service. You will be the frontline support to both our valued customers and our dedicated field sales team.

The successful candidate will be required to proactively deal with all manner of enquiries relating to customer service, customer order processing, product identification, and technical support, as well as being a first contact for resolving any concerns and issues raised.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience and knowledge of working in a fast-paced customer driven environment. We are looking for somebody who is customer focused, enthusiastic and has a flexible attitude, with the ability to prioritise and manage a workload effectively.

Key attributes of a successful candidate: - A 'customer first' attitude and approach to working - The ability to communicate with customers easily and effectively with strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills - A positive can do attitude - The ability to adapt - Ability to work under own initiative, with good organizational and prioritization skills - Attention to detail and good time management skills - Good organisational and administration skills - A good level of IT literacy, including MS Office Suite - Experience of AS400 systems would be advantageous - Agricultural industry and machinery or parts background would be advantageous but not essential
